1. About YatraJoy

YatraJoy is operated by WENSLink Private Limited (CIN: U80900AS2019PTC019435). We act as a technology intermediary connecting passengers with airlines, hotels, and travel service providers. We are not an airline or hotel operator.

2. Our Service Fee

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability at time of confirmation
• Prices shown include base fare plus Rs.300 YatraJoy fee
• Payment gateway fees (Razorpay) are borne by the customer
• Booking is confirmed only after successful payment and ticket issuance
• Payment is captured only after your ticket is successfully issued
• If ticket cannot be issued due to technical failure, the full base fare is automatically refunded

4. YatraJoy is an Intermediary

YatraJoy is not responsible for: flight delays or cancellations by airline, hotel amenity issues, force majeure events, baggage loss, or visa/document requirements. These are the responsibility of the respective airline or hotel.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate passenger information as per government-issued ID
• Ensure all travellers have valid travel documents
• Check airline/hotel cancellation policies before booking
• Do not use YatraJoy for fraudulent or illegal purposes

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
