Note: YatraJoy is a digital platform. We deliver e-tickets electronically. There is no physical shipping of any product.
1. Ticket Delivery
- E-tickets delivered to your email within 8 seconds of confirmed payment
- WhatsApp confirmation also sent where number is provided
- PNR provided for all confirmed bookings
- If ticket not received within 30 minutes, contact support@yatrajoy.com
2. Cancellation by Passenger
Email support@yatrajoy.com with your booking reference to cancel.

3. Airline-Initiated Cancellation
If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to full base fare refund or rebooking. YatraJoy will assist in facilitating this. Rs.300 fee remains non-refundable.
YatraJoy's Rs.300 fee is non-refundable even in airline-initiated cancellations as the booking service was already rendered.
4. No-Show Policy
If a passenger fails to board without prior cancellation, the booking is treated as a No Show. Most airlines do not offer refunds for no-shows. YatraJoy is not liable for no-show situations.
5. Name/Date Changes
- Subject to airline policy and applicable charges
- Contact support@yatrajoy.com to request modifications
- Additional service fee may apply for assisted changes
